What is a Croquembouche? Croquembouche is a French word for "cracks in mouth". This "cake" is made for any type of celebration,
not just weddings but birthdays, new business ventures, holidays of any kind. It is made up of cream filled profiteroles (cream
puffs). It is hollow inside and it is drenched in caramel! Your guests just start from the top and pull them off one by one!
